Hi-Tek was founded by Vikki and Bill.
They both come from the construction industry. Vikki is a Licensed Electrician, and has worked in the Electrical construction industry for the past 20 years. Bill is a Construction safety Instructor, and job site safety manager. He has been globally recognized for managing several Zero Incident construction projects.
With their extensive construction experience, they are good at finding defects in your home, which could become costly fixes in the future, or home safety hazards that should be addressed.

While not working, Vikki and Bill can be found at community events around town, Kayaking on the Snake River, or sailing their 32'sailboat in the San Juan Islands

Vikki has worked in the construction industry for the past 20 years as a Journeyman Electrician and a Safety Manager in Washington. She has an AAS in Construction Management, and holds an EL01 Electrical license in the state of Washington. Vikki is an ATI graduate, holds a Home inspector license from the state of Washington and InterNACHI. In her free time Vikki can be found playing freebee golf, board games and sailing.

Bill Wilsey

Home Inspector

Meet our smart home consultant. Bill has an extensive background in Construction Safety, and has been recognized for his outstanding attention to detail with many safety awards. Bill is an ATI graduate, holds a Home inspector license from the state of Washington and InterNACHI. In his free time, Bill can be found hiking and exploring, working in the garden or sailing in the San Juan Islands.
